Greer of Joos Yoga is going to lead quick, 45 minute flow classes to infuse some energy into you for the rest of your day.
It's happening every Wednesday in May, from 12:10-12:55
Mats and supporting equipment will all be supplied, but you can bring your own as well. Wear loose clothing!
