Bike To Work Day for the win!

Wednesday, August 17th was Saskatoon's 4th Annual Bike to Work Day - a city-wide event celebrating active two-wheeled transportation. The Two Twenty was one of 18 "commuter stations" offering refreshments, smiles, and high fives to our 131 participants who stopped by on their morning commute.

Special thanks to our event sponsors: Collective Coffee for keeping us sufficiently caffeinated, Alpha Dog YXE for the delicious Wedding Waffles, and to Shift Development for coordinating all the good times. A special shout out as well to Bridge City Bicycle Co-op volunteer, Crystal, for bringing the tunes, the energy, and the sass. She really upped our dance party factor.

Events like these are so instrumental in bringing community together, both within the walls of The Two Twenty and beyond to our community at large. Thanks to everyone who chose to use pedal-power all over the city on this day, and every day.
